I love exploring global cuisines and staying connected to diverse communities. Wellness and Mindful Living: Intermittent fasting, ancestral nutrition with quality olive oil, targeted supplements, gentle yoga, sauna sessions, long walks, and restorative sleep. For me, health delivers metabolic precision and mental clarity that supports everything else.
